Lewis Sycamore
Founder & Creative Director
Lewis is a multi-disciplinary creative whose work sits at the intersection of story, emotion, and visual craft.
As the founder of Sycamore Studios, he leads the studio’s cinematography, creative direction, and narrative development, shaping everything from branded films to documentary storytelling and emerging narrative projects.

His journey began in acting, where he discovered the power of character and emotion. That foundation evolved into a passion for filmmaking, and eventually into a studio built on authenticity, collaboration, and a deep respect for the people behind every story.

Lewis believes the best films come from genuine connection, and he brings that ethos into every project—whether he’s behind the camera, in the edit, or guiding a concept from idea to final cut.

Creative Associate
Natasja brings a fresh, expressive, and intuitive creative energy to Sycamore Studios.
As Creative Associate, she supports concept development, production planning, on‑set creativity, and the shaping of visual narratives across both commercial and artistic projects.

With a background that blends performance, visual arts, and community‑driven creativity, Natasja has an eye for detail, colour, and human expression that adds depth to the studio’s work and strengthens Sycamore Studios’ mission to create films that feel honest, vibrant, and full of life.
